THE INTERNATIONAL FORUM ON YOUTH AND GENDER VIOLENCE

More than 1200 young people from 54 countries participated in the days 23 and 24 November at the International Forum YOUTH AND GENDER VIOLENCE , held in Madrid, in the Auditorium hotel.


How could be outdone, the ICJ IRUÁ has been represented by 13 young people of the Serrania de Ronda, where we highlight youth technic @ s, @ s dynamic youth volunteers of the region s and staff in training.


International Forum against gender violence, has been organized by the Ministry Equality, through Injuve and the Government Office for Gender Violence, having received the collaboration of the Carolina Foundation, the English International Cooperation Agency Development (AECI), the Ibero-American Youth Organization (OIJ), the Youth Council of Spain, the English Federation of Municipalities and Provinces, the General Secretariat (SEGIB), United Nations Foundation for Population Activities (UNFPA) , the North - South, plus many others, which have also been present Ministers and Secretaries of State of Spain, France, Austria, Portugal and Chile.

Forum Highlight certain proposals, such as those cited by the minister for equality, Bibiana Aido , who took advantage of this meeting international levels to discuss some actions planned by the English Government, as the proposed establishment of the Observatory against Gender Violence, a common European area of \u200b\u200bjustice against the perpetrator, and a single phone that meets the victims 24 hours a day in all languages.

Stress among all the presentations, made by Mrs. Lydia Cacho, a journalist from Mexico, who praised the EQUALITY AS VIOLENCE PREVENTION.
